Laundry + Tidy Up

We do everything from start to finish: sort, wash, dry, fold, hang, and put away. While your clothes are being washed and dried, and if there is time left after all the laundry is folded, we will do some cleaning around your home. We will straighten, load the dishwasher, vacuumvacuum, whatever helps you! We will focus on priorities.

Tidy-up is not a cleaning service! It does not include mopping, cleaning the toilet, shower, bathroom floors, windows, blinds, etc. If you need cleaning service, please head over to our residential cleaning page.

What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

We encourage you to ensure all your personal items have been removed from your pockets. In the event we do find something in your pockets we will leave it on the counter where it is easily visible to you.
Are my clothes sorted before washing?

Yes, we sort by white, dark, color and towels.
What about delicates or dry cleaning only items?

Unfortunately, we do not wash items individually or launder delicate items. However, you can book our dry-cleaning service to ensure that your clothes get taken to the cleaners. We’re not responsible for delicate clothing that was left inside the same basket as the regular clothing.
Where will my clothes be placed once completed?

That is up to you. Clothing can be hung and put away or folded and left on the bed.
How do you prevent the clothes from getting mixed up in my household?

The only way to ensure that clothes don't get mixed up when folding is by washing the clothes separately.
Do I need to supply the cleaning detergent?

Yes, we use the cleaning detergent that you provide. Many households have different allergies or preferences so it’s important we use your supplies.
Are my clothes pressed?

Laundry is not pressed, however if you would like something taken to the dry cleaners to be pressed please refer to our dry-cleaning service.
